Self-Massage Techniques Class

Join us to learn the basics of self-massage! Increase flexibility, reduce muscle pain, and make the most of your workouts! Some materials will be provided but please bring your own foam roller!

Foam rollers can be purchased at Road Runner Sports online or in store.

Please purchase and bring your own full length roller (generally about 3 ft long and 6″ in diameter).

Taught by Stephanie Levine and Jessica Breznau.

The cost of this class is $15. Please bring cash/check to the class.
